At our first General Assembly we will be sharing the Launch budget for the Fungi Business and proposing the cap structure, the amount of equity to be opened and the proposal that all members signing up in 2024 will receive the same value in ordinary shares.*

We would like our members to be our greatest advocates so we will also offer further perks to help us grow.

We will invite members to participate in General Assemblies, committees and to get involved in the steering of key decisions for the Association, the Purpose Businesses and the Purpose Projects.
